It all started during the Washington County Fair at the Rockin' Hollywoods concert!

After a couple months of talking, Carson surprised Julia after one of her choir concerts at Applebees with her friends, and it just so happened to fall on her birthday. It was also the night they shared their first kiss! (insert awww's here)

As we all know, prom is a huge deal, when in High School (at least it was for Julia). So, Carson took Julia to prom her junior year.

Julia graduated High School and started her college career at NDSU in Fargo, ND. They were not excited to begin a long-distance relationship, but they both were committed to making it work!

Long-distance couldn't keep them apart! Carson drove up to Fargo many weekends to spend time with Julia. It was very generous of Carson to be so willing to drive, because lets be real that drive SUCKS! Julia did her share of coming home to visit as well.

After 5 years of dating, Carson and Julia felt like they were missing something and that something was Oakley! She soon became the best part of their lives and is the sweetest little pup.

GRADUATION DAY! Julia graduated college after 3 1/2 years and was super excited to go home! She would miss her friends that she met while at school, but knowing she would only be 30 minutes away from Carson made the transition a lot easier!

The BEST DAY of their lives! Carson finally popped the question and asked Julia to marry him after almost 6 years of dating. They were surrounded by some awesome people and the day could not have been any better!
