The Yard is an indoor/outdoor dining area in the heart of McKinney! We highly recommend their food and drinks! It can get pretty busy, and they don’t take reservations, but they do allow guests to check-in before arrival via their Yelp Page.
McKinney has a great downtown area with lots of options for shopping, dining and drinks around the square (including, wineries, bars, shops and restaurants). It is a great place to kill some time, while enjoying the outdoors. Park for Free in Downtown McKinney; Off-street Parking:

TUPPS moved into the old grain mill in the Historic Mill District right down the street from Downtown McKinney in early 2024. They serve beer, wine, and some locally made seltzer and non-alcoholic beverages. They have food on site, and depending on the day, there just might be live music!

This is a great shopping area with some dining options and is very close to the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center!
