How We Met:

It all started with a little nudge from my friend who said, “Let’s just put you on Facebook Dating… for one week.” I rolled my eyes and said, “No way!” But she insisted, so I thought—okay, just for fun. What could happen in a week?

Well… the very first picture I saw was a handsome, bald guy sitting on a Harley. I thought, “Wow, I like!” So I clicked on his profile—little did I know he could see that! He messaged me right away with a line that made me smile:

“Let’s just meet and see how it goes.”

I laughed and said to myself, “Hmm, why not?!”

We met. We clicked instantly. First Impressions turned into a Harley ride… then dinner. And honestly? Neither of us wanted the night to end!

The next morning, we both sent the same message:

“Can I see you again?”

From that moment on, we were inseparable.

Our first real trip together was to Gatlinburg—on the bike, of course. I felt so safe, so at ease. It was perfect. Or let’s say, perfect for Dave and me.

Not long after, he looked at me and said,

“What do you think about moving in together?”

He meant moving into my 1,120 sq. ft. place… leaving behind his big home. If that’s not love, I don’t know what is.

Over the next three years, we made unforgettable memories—riding to Sturgis (or as I lovingly call it, Yellowstone), traveling to Europe, and exploring New England.

Then on December 21st, on our new property where we’re building our dream barndominium, he asked me the most beautiful question—

“Will you marry me?”

And of course, I said YES!

Now, here we are!! Soon to be "The Coopers"!!
