Simon and Carynn&nbsp;met in St. Louis, MO. After several failed attempts at finding "the perfect match", Carynn&nbsp;decided to give dating&nbsp;ONE&nbsp;LAST&nbsp;TRY (lol). *Bing* “A New Message” showed up from Simon that said “I can be your best friend.” From there, the rest was history. We both knew we would get married after our first date! According to Simon, his spirit knew I was the one.&nbsp;We successfully managed a long distance relationship for 5 months until on March 4th, 2017, when Simon got on one knee in front of&nbsp;Carynn's&nbsp;closest friends and family to ask her&nbsp;hand in marriage! It’s been a match made in heaven every since!

Simon&nbsp;has&nbsp;always&nbsp;had&nbsp;a&nbsp;best&nbsp;friend&nbsp;during&nbsp;his&nbsp;undergraduate&nbsp;college&nbsp;years. But when he&nbsp;came to Missouri S&T, Onyeka&nbsp;was the first guy he&nbsp;met! From there, they became roommates and best friends! Onyeka is such a wonderful and supportive person.

Growing up, Carynn&nbsp;always had an idea of what she&nbsp;wanted her wedding to look like and who she'd&nbsp;want to serve as her&nbsp;Maid of Honor. Even though&nbsp;she's not physically on this Earth, Carynn&nbsp;couldn't imagine her not being a part her&nbsp;big day! Carynn's Kaity&nbsp;Waity is so grown up now! When she was born, Carynn's&nbsp;mom did the honor of naming her! From then on, Carynn&nbsp;knew she would be like a little sister. So much that her brothers became super protective of her, lol!&nbsp;She is so proud to also&nbsp;call her Soror!

Cori is Carynn's younger brother, and is Chaz's twin! Born second, Cori was always known as the ring leader of the twin escapades, and could spot out his toy a mile away --- even if Chaz had the same exact toy, LOL. He is a proud father&nbsp;to&nbsp;Quinlynn.

Cori Smith

Bri and Carynn&nbsp;met in the Fall 0f 2008 while attending KU. Both&nbsp;stuck together as they&nbsp;navigated the politics of being interested in&nbsp;Black Greek Life.&nbsp;&nbsp;They eventually&nbsp;went on to join Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. together! Lots of KU and Zeta&nbsp;shenanigans! When Carynn&nbsp;sees her, she&nbsp;always yells BriiiiiiiPHI!!!

Brianna Berkeley

Chaz is Carynn's little brother, and Cori's twin! Known as Chazzy or Chazy-manian, he was always the sneakier twin!&nbsp;His 1st born child, Cherish will serve as the Flower Girl! He is also a proud father of babies&nbsp;Chozen and&nbsp;Kaden.

Carynn met Jennifer&nbsp;in Old Navy while looking for Royal Blue and White to wear during her&nbsp;sororitys'&nbsp;founders day celebration. Turns out they&nbsp;had something in common;&nbsp;she was her sorority sister!&nbsp;They&nbsp;ended up going to the celebration together and the rest was history. Carynn is&nbsp;honored to serve as Godmother of her son, Ashley.

Ashley is Carynn’s God son and son of Jennifer Greene! He's so playful, smart, and handsome!&nbsp;Isn’t he just adorable? He is our little super hero, and such a sweet boy.

Cherish aka Cher Bear is one of Carynn and Simon's&nbsp;nieces, and Chaz's first daughter! People often say she looks just like Carynn when she&nbsp;was a kid.&nbsp;They&nbsp;can't wait to see how cute she looks in her little dress.&nbsp;

Quinnlynn aks&nbsp;Quinny is one of Carynn and Simon's nieces, and Cori Smith's daughter! She's sweet, talkative, and SO&nbsp;CUTE! Her and Cherish are going to look precious walking down the aisle!
