Getting to the reception

The reception will take place at 68 Bushy Park, Farms Port Elizabeth, Port Elizabeth, 6018. Complimentary Shuttle

We are offering a free shuttle after the ceremony from your accommodation to the reception venue, provided it is no more than 8 km from the venue. You will need to transport yourself to your accommodation from the church and the shuttle will collect you from there.The shuttle will also return guests to their accommodation later in the evening from the reception to avoid drinking and driving. If you will be making use of the complimentary shuttle please include your accommodation address in the RSVP card.You are welcome to make use of the shuttle last minute after the party and Uber to your car at the reception venue the next morning to collect. Uber only runs during the day, not in the evenings.

The shuttle will also return guests to their accommodation later in the evening from the reception to avoid drinking and driving. If you will be making use of the complimentary shuttle please include your accommodation address in the RSVP card.There is no Uber available in this area.

While childcare won’t be provided, little ones are warmly welcomed at the ceremony and the reception.Kindly indicate on your RSVP whether your child(ren) will be joining us.

What will the weather be like?

Typical April Weather in Port Elizabeth:Daytime highs are generally around 22–23 °C.Nighttime lows hover between 16–17 °C.

Where should I park?

There will be parking available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

The reception will be in a framed tent in a rustic bush setting.

What should I wear?

Dress code is semi-formal.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Calling all ladies! Do not wear heels to the reception. I repeat, do not wear heels. The reception will be outdoors, with rustic uneven pathways. You may wear heels to the ceremony but please try wear flat shoes to the reception.

Should we bring a gift?

We truly don’t expect gifts.
