Casey and Jake met when they were 13 and 14 years old in junior high running cross country with one another. They had their first date at the homecoming dance their freshman year of high school. Their relationship continued through high school and college, even when they attended colleges two and a half hours away from each other. Now living together in Morgantown, Jake is a third year medical student at West Virginia University and Casey works as a registered nurse at Ruby Memorial while also pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner Masters degree at West Virginia University
