Is there a hotel block?
Yes! We highly recommend booking a room and turning our wedding into a fun overnight getaway. You will need to BOOK BY MAY 12TH, 2026 to get the wedding rate. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue to the hotel for all guests to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. We’ve also planned an after-party back at the hotel—and we’d love for you to be there to keep the celebration going!

What time should I arrive?
No later than 5:00pm, please! The ceremony starts at 5:30pm.
Where is the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will take place at Ivory Meadows!
What's the dress code?
Dress your BEST! We'd love to see all our guest in formal/cocktail attire. For the ladies: a floor length dress, a cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, or something you’d wear to a fabulous evening out.
For the gents: a suit and tie or a sleek blazer with dress pants—feel free to skip the tux, unless you’re feeling extra fancy!
No jeans, white, or informal wear, please.
Can I bring a plus one?
We wish we could celebrate with everyone you love, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.
Are kids welcome?
We adore your kids—but Casey’s a teacher, so she’s getting one night off from being around tiny humans!
Unless your invitation says otherwise, this will be an adults-only celebration. Think of it as a night off: dress up, enjoy a drink (or three), and dance like no one’s watching! We wish we could include everyone, but we’re keeping things adults-only to make space for all the fun.
Will there be an open bar?
Beers, seltzers, and two signature drinks are on us but the hangover is on you.
What do we need from our guest?
Your dancing shoes and hydrating prior to arrival. We've all been waiting for this for a long time so we have to celebrate to our best ability.
