Warning: Casey wrote this story, buckle up! -Tori When Titanic hit theaters, it quickly became a global phenomenon throughout 1998, redefining what a blockbuster could be. Directed by James Cameron, the sweeping epic combined historical tragedy with a fictional love story, captivating audiences with its groundbreaking visual effects, emotional storytelling, and unforgettable performances by Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. The film dominated the box office, eventually becoming the highest-grossing movie of all time at that point, and went on to win 11 Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director. More than just a movie, Titanic became a cultural moment—its soundtrack soared, its lines were quoted endlessly, and its legacy remains unsinkable. More importantly, however, that is also the year that Casey David Daron and Victoria Frances Hern were born. Victoria was born on a quaint .34 acre farm in Salem, NH. As a child, she enjoyed finger painting, milking cows, and stealing plastic animal toys from her local preschool. Some of Victoria’s earliest memories include pub crawls with her older brother Andrew and golfing for 19 hours straight with her mother and father, who are successful Wall Street investors and early backers of the Fushigi. Throughout her elementary school years, Victoria developed a passion for specialized marketing and proposal content creation - something she could only dream of doing as her full-time profession as she grew older. Meanwhile, Casey was managing stocks at his inner city studio apartment in Londonderry, NH. Being the eldest brother of 5 boys, he quickly taught his younger brothers how to take care of him. When he was hungry, they would make him food. When he had to go to the bathroom, they would take him outside. Casey’s parents were especially proud of him when he stopped wearing Pull-Ups at the age of 7. As he grew older, however, stocks lost Casey’s interest. At the age of 14, he discovered Club Penguin. Casey’s been in front of a screen ever since—and wouldn’t have it any other way. Fast forward to 2022: Casey was deep into a cross-country expedition, liberating turtles from the murky swamps of Spokane, Washington. It was a noble mission—one that would change the course of his life forever, because in the middle of that swamp, among the reeds and the ripples, he met Tori… who, at the time, was living in a turtle shell. Their eyes met. Time stopped. Nature wept. They immediately fell in love and agreed there was only one logical course of action: get married exactly four years and three months later. The couple now resides on a peaceful ranch in Toledo, where they spend their days tending to the land, building puppets, and investing money into minor-league softball players.

Jill is one of Tori’s bestest friends since middle school. Growing up together, they, plus a few others (also bridesmaids) made a longing friend group that will last forever called the girs. Jill provides such a calming presence and loving attitude whenever they all see one another and that will be such a light on the wedding day. Tori can’t wait to have Jill by her side on August 6th!

Diamond was Tori’s roommate all throughout college. Guess they couldn’t get enough of each other after freshman year! Diamond is one of Tori’s closest friends and without a doubt they will always be laughing when together. You’ll most likely see Diamond tearing it up on the dance floor breakdancing! Diamond will also be getting married this year! Tori is excited to be by Diamonds side just as much as she’s excited to have Diamond by hers!

If there’s one best friend of Tori’s that has wild stories and experiences with her, it would definitely be Meg! Meg is another member of the Girs! Meg and Tori have a close bond and they always know how to laugh together but also listen to one another. Tori is very excited to have Meg’s support and love with her by her side!

During their senior year of college, Sam and Tori were roommates! This was probably the best year ever in her college years because of Sam. Sam is such a wholesome friend to Tori and they without a doubt will always have a silly time together. Tori is so grateful to have Sam by her side at both the ceremony and on the dance floor! Petra is one of Tori’s oldest friends (also a member of the girs)! They went to elementary school together - shoutout and rest in peace to Haigh Elementary. Petra and Tori always have the best time together and she knows Petra will be the positivity she needs on her wedding day. Fun fact, Petra is also getting married! Can’t wait to have Petra by her side come August!

Rachel is one of Tori’s bestest friends from college! Rachel is pretty much the best person you will ever meet. Tori knows that if anything goes wrong or if something happens, Rachel will be able to defy the odds. Enough about Rachel’s toughness, she is also an amazing friend to Tori and Tori is thrilled to be going to her wedding with Rachel next to her!

Mulvey (member of girs) has been best friends with Tori since they were little girls playing soccer! They grew up playing soccer together and have stayed bonded since! Mulvey brings the brains and comfort to their friendship and Tori is very blessed to have her by her side! Tori is also excited to be by Mulvey’s side on her wedding the month after!! Yay!

Sarah is one of Tori’s best friends from college! Sarah exudes such positivity and radiance - everyone should be friends with her! Need a confident boost? Go to Sarah! Tori really looks up to Sarah and she is thrilled to have Sarah with her on her wedding day! You will absolutely see Sarah on the dance floor on August 6th!

Double Tree in Concord NH is a great hotel to stay at. This hotel is brand new just built in 2024! It is the closest hotel to the venue! We will have a shuttle service going back and forth to the venue. There are plenty of hotels in Concord, you will not be disappointed. However, this is the one we decided to get room blocks for.

North Conway is about 1.5 hours north of Concord and it is a place we LOVE to go to on the weekends. We recently discovered Cathedral Ledge which is in North Conway and it is stunning and friendly for our non hiking friends- there is no hike! Other places we enjoy in North Conway include Zeb’s General Store, the Flatbread Pizza Company, and North Conway Station! We hope you enjoy if you choose to go!

Every time we are in Concord, which is often since we live here now, we find ourselves at Margaritas! It is a Mexican Restaurant in downtown Concord that is in an old police station.  Guests can request to sit in one of their jail cells! It is super fun!

We love, love, love a good thrift store! And this is one of the best ones we’ve been to! We always leave with something when we go here. It might be a fun place to spend time at before going home!

Mack’s Apples is a great place to go all year round!! Whether it’s getting their famous ice cream, visiting the farm store, saying hi to the farm animals, or picking apples and pumpkins, Mack’s is always a fun visit - and New England at its finest! Fun fact: Londonderry is Casey’s home town!
