We’ve stayed there up to five days and still had plenty to do! There is so much to see and do you’ll never be bored! We would recommend at least 3-4 full days there.

Men- a black tuxedo, a white tuxedo shirt, a black silk bow tie, patent shoes, and a white pocket square. Women- evening gowns, usually below the knee or floor length in a color most flattering to you.

October is supposed to be a beautiful time in Italy! With the high tourist season coming to a close there should be more room to see and do everything without huge crowds! Also, the temps are highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s.

With milder temps, we would recommend pants and a comfortable shirt to explore the city in. TONS of walking so save the high heels and stiff dress shoes for the wedding festivities!

Walking is the absolute best way to see the city. A lot of the tourist sites are within a 10-20 minute walk of each other. Also get to see all the local shops on feet which can make for an exciting time! There is a hop on hop off bus tour that is about 20 euros that is great for getting around the city to all the main attractions! The ticket is also good for 24hrs so you can hop on and off as much as you’d like! Another option would be to take public transit, although in Rome it is notoriously unreliable.

Please do not feel obligated to purchase anything off of the registry. Having all of our family and friends share our special day with us in Italy is more than we could ask for.

Yes! We spent a couple of weeks in Italy in 2022 and have been back a couple of times since. Highly recommending checking out some of the below if time allow: Pompeii - Day Trip! Can book a day trip with an organized tour group. Florence - 1.5 hours by train, beautiful city with great food, architecture, and history! Make it an extended stay and travel to some of the smaller towns in Tuscany. Venice - 4 hours by train, go see it before it sinks!!
