Our journey began in 2013 at the Concord, NH YMCA, where I was teaching a teen sports and fitness class that Casey and her brother were a part of. Though we didn't start dating until 2016, our friendship blossomed over the years through shared experiences and life events.
After Casey left for college in North Carolina, we maintained a strong connection despite the distance. She eventually returned to New Hampshire to finish her studies at UNH, bringing us closer together. As Casey pursued her education, I worked in Boston, MA.
Following Casey's graduation, we took on a new adventure together, moving to Boston with my brother, Zach, and our sister-in-law, Hannah. We spent three years in Boston before making the bold decision to relocate across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic, first to northern California and then to Arizona, where we currently reside.
It was in Boston, amidst our shared experiences and love for the city, that I proposed to Casey. Though our journey has taken us far from our roots, our hearts remain tied to New Hampshire, where we both grew up and where we're thrilled to be getting married.
As we look forward to the next chapter in our lives, Casey and I are grateful for the experiences we've shared and the adventures that lie ahead.
