To get to Julia's Garden, when entering through the main entrance near the corner of 10th street and Hazen Rd, take an immediate right when entering and yield right until you can no longer go straight, take a left and you will run into the ceremony location, Julia's Garden on the left. For the reception, if leaving from Julia's Garden, head towards 10th street and take the first right. Keep heading straight and yield right onto Pete Mortenson Rd. You will see Lake Julia to the left along with your destination of Buhl Timblin Casino. If coming from the main entrance, yield right at entrance and the first left onto Mortenson Rd.

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

For the ceremony, parking is on the side of the road closest to the gardens and in the roundabout. For the reception, there is a large parking lot across the street from the casino.

The ceremony is being held outside in Julia's Garden where there will be limited seating while the reception is being held indoors at the ballroom casino.

Yes, there will be an open bar. (Tips appreciated)

After the ceremony the bridal party and close family will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour at the reception location.

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved date night off for the parents!

We have reserved a block of rooms located at Quality Inn in Hermitage, PA. The rate for Saturday night is $75+tax and must be booked by September 1, 2024 in order to receive the rate. Please see the TRAVEL tab.
