Our Wedding

We met on a blind date set up by our sisters—two friends who were secretly determined to become family. Our first outing was perfectly us: a spontaneous trip to Meow Wolf at Area15, full of quirky finds and the kind of nerdy jokes that made everything click. The date was a total hit, and from that night on it felt like the plan had worked exactly as our sisters swore it would. We’re so grateful they nudged us together—now we get to celebrate that little bit of matchmaking with everyone on June 6, 2026, in Pioche, NV.

Country/Western Outdoor Semi‑Formal Attire

Country/Western Outdoor attire: Our wedding will be taking place outdoors in the grass. We encourage relaxed dressy clothing. Please no shorts or sneakers. We recommend flowy dresses, light fabrics, cowboy boots and hats, and denim. Weather this time of year is unpredictable. ***A light jacket for the evening is recommended.

This is the closest stay to the wedding location, only being a 2 min drive to the Gardner Homestead.The Eagle Valley Resort offers cabins and RV spots for a peaceful nights sleep. When you're ready for a drink they have a&nbsp;saloon that is always guaranteed to keep you entertained. If you forget something at home, they also have a small store with many of your necessities.&nbsp;

This is 3.7 miles (7 minute drive) from the wedding venue.Spring Valley CampingSpring Valley has a wealth of campsites. The lower loop has 23 sites with electric hookups, while the upper loop has 22 sites without utilities. Facilities include tables, grills, water, and primitive restrooms. Three group camping areas are available as well.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.reservenevada.com/NevadaWeb/Default.aspx#!park/21" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Reservations for campsites</a>&nbsp;can be made in advance but aren’t required.

The first Lincoln County Courthouse, also known as the Pioche Courthouse and the Old Lincoln County Courthouse, in Pioche, Nevada earned the title “Million Dollar Courthouse.”&nbsp;The original cost estimate far exceeded initial estimates and was financed and refinanced with bonds totaling nearly $1 million. With added costs attributed to finance charges and fiscal mismanagement, the cost in 1872 dollars came to over $800,000. The debt incurred by the county was not retired until 1938, when the new courthouse was under construction.
