We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Wedding attire is black tie optional. Women should wear midi or full length dresses or pants. Men should wear a tux if you have one. If not, a suit is perfect!
Will transportation be provided?
We will not be providing transportation to and from the church. The church has a parking lot and Uber/Lyft are accessible for this area.
We will be providing transportation to and from the reception. The reception is about a 20 minute drive from the Hilton in Short Pump. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. If you are staying anywhere else, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the Hilton and taking our shuttle to and from the venue. Parking is limited at the venue and Ubers and Lyfts will not be available at the venue.
Buses will start running from the Hilton in Short Pump at 4:15PM.
Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. The reception venue has a lovely outdoor area that we hope you can enjoy for photos and cocktail hour if the weather cooperates!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by June 1st.
The deadline for the hotel room block is July 3rd.
What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?
There is a small break between the ceremony and reception. The ceremony begins at 2:00PM and the cocktail hour begins at 5:00PM. Our reception will last until 10:45PM so it will be a long day! We recommend taking a break at the hotel or visiting a local coffee or ice cream shop before catching the bus for the reception.
