What does "Black Tie Optional" mean?
The dress code isn't as confusing as it sounds (we promise!). And you definitely don't have to only wear black! We ask that you wear your most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but you can also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.
How do I RSVP? What's the deadline?
RSVPs's will be collected online via this website. We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 31st.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your kids, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to enjoy a parents night out and celebrate with us on the day!
Can I take pictures at the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Don't worry, our officiant will remind you :) We have hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we don't want to have phones blocking those moment for them to capture. We also want guests to be present in the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon we get them!
