How do I RSVP?
We will be mailing RSVPs when the time comes. Please reach out to Casey at 513-505-7089 with your current address in order to receive an RSVP. We kindly ask this of you in order to collect addresses without having to track all of our guests down. Thank you!
Will there be alcohol?
Soda, lemonade, and tea will be provided! There will be a cash bar if you chose to order alcohol throughout the night. No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted.
Can I bring my kids?
We respectfully request no children at our celebration other than those involved in the ceremony. We hope this doesn't affect your ability to attend our special day!
What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal, dressy casual, or cocktail attire. We want our guests to be comfortable in what they wear, but we ask no jeans or sneakers.
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors near a shaded tree line. The reception will be held indoors at the venue site.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so that we can plan accordingly.
How should I get to the venue?
The venue is not seen from the road. There is a sign at the road that says "The Venue". After turning at the first gravel driveway, the venue is just a short drive back.
Where should I park and is parking free?
Parking is free. There is a large gravel parking lot where guests will be directed by a parking attendant.
When should I arrive?
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure everyone is able to park and find their seats before the ceremony begins.
Can I bring a date?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation to stay on budget. We please ask you follow the reserved amount of seats on your invitation.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask you mail the completed RSVP back no later than July 1st, 2024.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
The parking lot is gravel, but the venue has reserved handicapped spots by the building. There is handicap accessibility into the venue as well as the bathrooms.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
For dinner, we will be having grilled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches with a variety of sides and a baked potato bar. Pepsi products will be served as well as water, tea, and lemonade free to our guests. Alcoholic beverages will need to be purchased from the venue at the expense of each guest.
Will there be special diet options?
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions on your RSVP or message Casey and we can work out accommodations for dinner.
Can I take pictures of the ceremony?
We want all of our guests to have pictures of our day, but only after the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture pictures of our special day. We please ask you to respect our wishes for an unplugged ceremony. We want our guests to enjoy the ceremony while the photographer captures our day!
When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?
The reception will end near 11:45 PM, as the bride and groom wish to have a private Last Dance the end the night.
What would you like us to gift you?
We have made a registry through Amazon with a majority of the items being future household needs. We will be moving in before the wedding and would appreciate any gifts in advance to be able to use them for our new home!
What do I do if I still have questions?
