How to get to/from the wedding?
Shuttles for everyone will pick up and drop off at Hotel Los Gatos. The shuttles will leave the hotel at 3pm so please arrive a little bit before then. At the end of the night everyone can hop back on the shuttles, which will arrive at the hotel around 10:15 pm. If you would prefer to drive, please arrive at the ceremony no earlier than 3:30, our ceremony will begin at 4pm.
Beware that there is a winding, high-traffic road coming into and out of the venue so we encourage all guests to utilize the shuttle for your safety!

What should I wear?
We kindly ask our guests to adhere to a semi-formal attire, including midi or maxi cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, sport coats, dress shirts, and dress shoes. Our ceremony will be outdoors and the venue is hilly-- please bear this in mind when choosing footwear and dress comfortably!
Will the wedding day events be indoor or outdoor?
Both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the dinner and dancing will take place indoors.
Will there be a hotel block?
Yes! Our room block is with Hotel Los Gatos and our group code is 2310LEAPAU. Please refer to the Travel & Hotel section for more information.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask our guests to be fully present with us and put away their cell phones for the duration of the ceremony.
Can I bring a date?
We'll only be able to accommodate those who were directly invited. Unless your invitation is addressed to "X and Guest", we kindly ask that you only bring yourself.
Can I bring my kids?
We'll only be able to accommodate those who were directly invited. Unless your invitation is addressed to "The X Family", we kindly ask that you only bring yourself.
Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
Should you wish to purchase a gift from our registry, we kindly ask guests to mail the gift directly to the address assigned on the registry. There will be a card box at the wedding.
What if I can't attend?
The RSVP will be a part of the official invitation sent closer to our date. If you already know you're unable to attend, please email mlcpwedding@gmail.com to let us know. You'll be missed!
Nestldown Site Rules
Smoking Violations: Due to the serious threat of fire and other environmental concerns, smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is only permitted by the outdoor restrooms in the designated area. Smoking is not allowed anywhere else on the property, including at the Changing Room or in the parking lots. Customer will be charged one hundred dollars ($100) per instance for smoking violations in areas other than the designated areas mentioned.
Alcohol Violations: Alcohol is not allowed in the parking lot and guests are not allowed to bring their own liquor or consume it on site. Any vomiting on site, flask/hidden alcohol confiscation, drinking from vehicles in the parking lot shall result in a five hundred-dollar ($500) clean-up fee.
