HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to make as “attending” or “declining”. We kindly ask that you RSVP by Sunday, September 1st, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to the venue shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the 4pm ceremony time.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! Cocktail or Semi-Formal attire is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may be a traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, knee length to floor length dresses. Feel free to wear cowboy boots! Please do not wear jeans, shorts, or sneakers! Our wedding colors are Black, Terracotta, and Burgundy. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing burgundy and colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, and creams).

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Our wedding is strictly Invite Only. Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically listed on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form.

PARKING

Staff will be escorting guests where to park! There is plenty of parking at the venue!

TRANSPORTATION

We are offering a shuttle to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Stuart. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3pm. The shuttle will be leaving the venue after our wedding ends at 10:15pm. This shuttle is for those that chose yes to transportation on the RSVP. Please keep in mind that the venue is 30 minutes from the hotel and it will be very dark when the wedding ends and there are no street lights along the roads. You are also free to drive yourself. Ride-sharing, such as Uber and Lyft, is difficult in that area as there is barely any service.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony as we would like to see your smiling faces as you enjoy this moment with us. We ask that you please put your phone away and let our amazing photographers take the lead. We will share all the pictures with you after. However, we encourage you to take pictures and videos during the cocktail hour, reception, and the dance.

IS THERE A REGISTRY?

Your presence at our wedding is a gift itself! However, if you feel inclined to give more, you can find our registry here on our website, in one of the above tabs.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you---get ready to party! Due to restrictions, outside alcohol/beverages are not allowed. Please drink responsibly and have a safe way to get home.
