What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up, however we want you to be comfortable. Semi- formal is best! Ladies- don't worry, you can wear the heels, we will provide flip flops for the dance floor!
Can I bring a date?
We are only able to accommodate the guests we have formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be made clear on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
How many nights should I book a hotel?
Feel free to stay as many or as little nights as you would like. On Friday, June 14th we will be welcoming everybody at the beer garden at the Artisan hotel around 7:30PM (located next to the outdoor pool). Please feel free to join!
What about kids?
If your entire family was on the invitation, we would love to see the little ones! We will have things for them to play while the adults dance the night away!
Parking at the venues?
There will be parking provided at both hotels. The day of the wedding we ask you to drive yourself to the church and then to the reception. From the reception, there will be shuttle services provided that will go back to the Artisan hotel in the Tuscan Village. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight. Shuttles will not be provided in the morning to get back to the venue. We suggest carpooling if possible! Ubers/ Lyfts are also in the area!
Do I have to stay at the suggested hotels?
Nope! There are plenty of hotels in the area. Choose whatever is best for you. Just a reminder, there will only be a shuttle going back to the Artisan Hotel in the Tuscan Village. Ubers/ Lyfts are in the area if needed. You are allowed to leave your car overnight at the reception venue.
Can I check into my hotel early?
The hotels are unable to guarantee early check in. If you are arriving Saturday, the hotels will have a place to store your bags until your room is all set.
Is it an open bar?
Unfortunately, with the amount of guests, there will not be an open bar. All the bars at the venue will take cash and cards.
Do I have to RSVP?
YES!!! It is required regardless if you can or cannot make it. If you do not RSVP in time it will be difficult for us to include you in our planning.
Can I take photos?
During the ceremony, we ask you not to take pictures. We have a wonderful crew who will capture all the memories at the church. During the reception, please take as many photos and videos as you would like! Don't forget to share them with us at the end of the night!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the ceremony at least 15 minutes early. The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30PM. We understand things happen, if you do arrive late please wait for the wedding party and bride to walk down the aisle before finding a seat. Cocktail hour will begin at 3:00PM at the Castleton. After the ceremony, please head directly over to the reception venue. It is about a 20 minute drive.
