To participate in all of the group-related activities, secure your booking with a $100.00/room deposit using the Book Now button below. The deposit is refundable with an e-mailed cancellation prior to May 08, 2025. Travel insurance, which is discounted and highly recommended, is always non-refundable A payment in the amount of 50% per booking is due on May 08, 2025. The balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on July 10, 2025. Changes to parties, travel dates, and room categories may be made prior to May 08, 2025. After this date, all reductions are non-refundable, name changes will incur a $250 name change fee, and changes to travel dates or room categories will incur a $75 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above. All late payments will be assessed a $25 penalty per every 10 business days the payment is late.

We cannot wait to dress up with you! The wedding attire will be beach formal! For ladies, this could be a cocktail dress or floor length dress with dress-sandals or heeled-sandals. For men, this could be suit (tie/jacket optional), or linen pants/shorts with a (long or short sleeve) button down with casual loafer or casual dress shoe. Please dress accordingly for Mexico weather, since it will be an outdoor wedding!

If you cannot give a commitment for attending by 5/8, you are welcome to book on your own at The Hilton Playa Del Carmen, however just be aware that prices on rooms would may be variable in that case. The final day to let us know you if you are attending the wedding will be 9/20/25. We will need the flight info for all guests by 9/20/25
