Q + A

When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly request that you RSVP by January 15, 2026. Any RSVPs not received by this date will be considered "not attending." We appreciate your understanding!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Our ceremony and reception will take place at Plantation Golf and Country Club. The address is 500 Rockley Boulevard, Venice, FL 34293.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Both. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. Parking is available at no cost at the venue.

Can I bring a guest, or bring my children?

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?

We’re envisioning an elegant yet comfortable evening. Ladies are encouraged to wear midi or floor-length dresses, and gentlemen may wear suits of any color. The ceremony will take place outdoors, so we recommend choosing shoes suitable for grass. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white, off-white, or cream colored outfits.

Are there accommodations for dietary restrictions?

Yes. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, there will be an option on your RSVP to notify us of this. If the dinner selections listed do not fit within your dietary restrictions, please email us directly caseyandjoemolenda@gmail.com.

What is the weather going to be like?

Florida weather can be unpredictable. However, the weather for February tends to be dry and pleasant, with average temperatures of 50 to 70 degrees.

What if I have a question that's not listed here?

Text/call Casey (772-932-4667) or Joe (941-726-1170) with any miscellaneous questions or concerns. We want you to be informed and ready to celebrate, so please do not hesitate!
