To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on the website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “Accept” or “Decline”. Please RSVP by November 1, 2025. All RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Yes! In fact, we encourage it! Child meals will be provided along with coloring pages, puzzles, fidget toys, etc.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we are only allowing the people written on your invitation.

Semi-formal/Cocktail attire includes dresses, skirts, pantsuits, suits, button up shirts, slacks and ties. Canyon Gate Country club does NOT allow saggy/ baggy denim or jeans with holes and tears, t-shirts, shirts without collars, and hooded sweatshirts.

The ceremony is scheduled to start right at 3 PM. We encourage everyone to arrive around 2:40 PM to ensure you have enough time to park, mingle, and take a seat. Once the ceremony starts, they will not allow late guests to enter the venue. You'll have to wait for the ceremony to end and then you can enter Cocktail Hour.

We would like this to be an unplugged event. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony and will gladly share all the pictures with you when we receive them. Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want during Cocktail Hour and the Reception!

There will be open seating at the ceremony. Choose a chair, not a side. There will be a seating chart with name tags at your assigned table and seat for the reception. We kindly ask not to switch name tags with other tables.

A buffet style dinner will offer: Roasted Airline Chicken breast with a Madeira Demi. Etive Loch Salmon served with yuzu beurre blanc. New York Strip Loin carving station with Cabernet sauce. Garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus accompaniments. Child meals will include chicken fingers with french fries.

Of course! There will be an open bar with a variety of wine and beer. We will also have call brands spirits available such as New Amsterdam Vodka, Captain Morgan Rum, Fireball Whiskey, Camarena Tequila, etc. Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you.

The ceremony will be outdoors so please dress accordingly. If we have to move the ceremony indoors, it will not affect the time of the event. Cocktail hour and the Reception will be indoors.
