How We Met

It was an August evening happy hour in 2022 when fate brought us together at a work event. During the conversations and professional exchanges, we found each other and felt an immediate connection. From the moment we met, we knew there was something special. That day marked the beginning of a beautiful journey that changed our lives forever.

The Connection

Our bond grew stronger as we discovered our shared interests, including our love for college football—Casey being a Gator and Caki a Seminole. It was a match made in heaven. The more time we spent together, the more certain it became that we were meant for each other.

The Proposal

After many memorable moments and countless shared laughs, we knew it was time to take the next step in our journey. Casey orchestrated the most surprising engagement, telling me we were attending a work dinner at Paul's Landing, a restaurant we always called our special place. The proposal was a magical moment, marking the beginning of our forever.
