How should I get to the venue?
Parking is very limited so Uber/Lyft or carpooling is your best bet for getting to the venue!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4pm with a reception to follow. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:50 and no earlier than 3:00 so that you can get seated and settled.
What should I wear?
Semi-formal or cocktail attire is suggested. The weather may be rainy so if you want to bring a raincoat, please do!
The venue is outside at a farm on various surfaces including concrete, grass, and a short bridge. Please wear something that you will be comfy walking in!
What can I expect with the weather?
It will be the beginning of summer in Oregon and while we hope it will be sunny and warm out, there is also a chance of rain... It is Oregon after all! For a more accurate idea of the weather, please check your weather apps for Damascus or Boring Oregon closer to our wedding day!
How do I RSVP?
Please see the RSVP tab on our wedding website and type your name in to access your information! If it does not work, please let us know so that we can mark you as coming!!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
What will there be to eat?
Appetizers will include stuffed mini bell peppers
and caprese skewers. The main will be charred lemon balsamic chicken with zucchini and cherry tomatoes served with sides of lemon quinoa and herb salad, warm potato salad with zucchini dill and lemon vinaigrette, and saffron jasmine rice with roasted summer vegetables. Dessert will include the following cupcake flavors: Salted caramel chocolate, lemon blueberry, vanilla bean strawberry. Mocktails & water will be available to drink. All of the food served (including the cupcakes) will be gluten free. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
All of the food provided will be gluten free and we will have vegetarian options available as well. If you have any other restrictions please let us know either when you RSVP or by texting either Casper or Quinn!
Will you be serving drinks?
This will be a dry wedding and there will be no alcoholic beverages available. There will, however, be non-alcoholic beverages available to guests!
