Beach Formal: Think elegance with a tropical twist! Lightweight fabrics, breezy silhouettes, and dressy sandals or wedges are perfect. For men, linen suits or dress pants with a button-down work great—no ties needed.

The ceremony will take place at the Hyatt Ziva’s Cliff Gazebo overlooking the ocean. The cocktail hour will be located near the ceremony space, and the reception will begin at 6:00 PM at the Hyatt Ziva Rooftop Terrace.

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:45 PM. Please plan to arrive on time.

Kindly let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP—we want to make sure everyone enjoys a delicious meal.

Optional paid transportation details will be provided 60 days before the wedding. You're welcome to use these services or arrange your own taxi if preferred.

The Hyatt Ziva is located in Cancun, Mexico. We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). From there, it’s a short taxi or shuttle ride to the hotel.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Ziva. To book your room, please visit the ACCOMMODATIONS tab at the top of the site. Please BOOK before May 15, 2025, to ensure you secure a room at the discounted rate. All rooms are charged to your credit card on file June 25th, 2025.
