We kindly request that you RSVP for your entire group by June 4th, 2024. This allows for adjustment and time for us to be able to accommodate for everyone accordingly. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are not joining us for our wedding day. We truly value those we have invited and want to give adequate time to make the day as smooth and seamless as possible. We look forward to celebrating with everyone!

Be sure to RSVP online on our website to see who is listed under invited guests for your group. Please note only the names listed on the RSVP when you search your name can be accommodated at the wedding. You will have to either accept or decline for all of those in your group (whether for family or guest). If you were given a plus one, it will come up under "Your Name-Guest". If you know who will be accompanying you for that day, you may edit the name to the person whom plans to attend. Please be mindful and have grace that we considered plus one's where we felt appropriate while being mindful of cost and capacity. If there is someone we accidentally left off, please reach out to Steven or Cassie so we can rectify the mistake as mistakes happen as we are human!

Unless specifically stated on invitation OR when you go to RSVP for your group, we kindly ask for this be an adult-only event. We understand that childcare can be challenging for our out of state guests and have tried to accommodate for those accordingly. Please reach out to Cassie or Steven with any questions or concerns but please respect our decisions as they are being made with care.

A hotel block was made at Courtyard by Marriott at Maumee/Arrowhead location, however this area offers a large variety of hotel options as well. You can access our hotel block via the travel tab at the top of the page of this website. For those who stay in the hotel block, a shuttle service will likely be provided with more information to be shared soon.

There will be hotel shuttle ONLY for the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel-Maumee/Arrowhead guests. Update (6/19/24): Bus will begin boarding at 3:45pm with plan to do two trips prior to ceremony so be sure to get in line if choosing to utilize busing. Buses will be running to and from wedding reception beginning at 10:00pm to 11:30pm that evening. This is a complimentary service so please utilize for safety. We suggest utilizing ride share options such as Uber or Lyft to get around if staying at alternative hotel locations or for those who live in town. Please accommodate accordingly for safe transportation as everyone's safety is most important to us. The hotel is located approximately 18 minutes from the venue.

Yes. Ceremony will begin inside Birchwood Meadows venue promptly at 5:00pm (Doors will open at 4:30pm for seating) with cocktail hour to commence immediately after in moderately covered area outside on patio. Following cocktail hour, reception to begin approximately around 6:30pm back inside Birchwood Meadows venue. **Reminder, July will be warm/hot and no guarantee on weather. We will be inside for majority of the evening and will try to ensure for quick transition from ceremony to reception however we will be outdoors for cocktail hour in any of these weather conditions.

Semi-formal attire. For Men, this is a suit, dress shirt, and optional tie. For women, this is a floral or cocktail dress. Please avoid dresses with white. Remember heat is a factor in July and we cannot promise what the temperature will be like at this time of year however it will be inside majority of the time.
