Our story began as little kids. We both grew up in the same small town and always had an overlapping circle of friends. We were both in the same 3rd grade class and I can remember going to a birthday party at his house as a little girl. It was not until our junior and senior year of high school that we began to get close. One day in the month of November of 2009, Adam came to my house after he found out I was home sick from school. He brought gifts to make me feel better along with a card that asked me to be his girlfriend. That day, we became high school sweethearts and have been together ever since.

After high school, we both went to separate colleges that were two hours apart. He went to SUNY Oswego and I went to SUNY Binghamton. Despite the distance, we made it work. Adam came to visit me nearly every weekend without fail. He always made our relationship a number one priority in his book and that is what I love most about him.

After college, I started work as a nurse while he pursued his master’s degree in business administration. After several years of working, I then applied to nurse anesthesia school. This required us to move out of state and for Adam to leave his job and find something new. His unwavering support throughout the process of me getting my degree is what got me through. I graduated from anesthesia school on December 20, 2021; and that is the day Adam asked me to be his wife!

I am so excited that we are finally starting this wedding journey and I cannot wait to be able to call him my husband! God has been so good to the both of us and I am so happy that He decided to bring us together.
