The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. The doors will shut at 3:55 PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. You will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at reception! Thank for you for understanding.

The dress code is Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire. We would love for our guests to wear the colors they desire but we kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, creams and tans along with sage/dark green. We recommend suit (sports coat and slacks are welcome) and tie and cocktail dresses. No jeans, basketball shorts, polos, or sneakers please.

All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing matte satin sage. All of the handsome groomsmen’s will be wearing tan.

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held in an open barn.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit where ever you please. For the reception, seating will be based off of a seating chart.

Yes, there will be parking onsite with easy access to the venue.

Yes! The bar will be open from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

While we adore your children, our venue does not have the room for your little ones. Please make it a date night. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding!

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to gift us something, our registry tab is located at the top of our website.

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception. This is such a special day for us, and we have the most amazing photography and videography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! We recommend staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lakeland Plant City as they offer free shuttle services to and from the venue and hotel! An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the reception seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No”.
