Joe and Cassandra have been together for 8 years.

They met one day when Joe got sat in her section at the Texas Roadhouse. At the time the only thing Cassandra cared about was them buying a gift card from her (she was on a roll and sold $900 that night). Upon paying the bill his uncle, Billy, told Cassandra that Joe liked her. Joe left embarrassed. His uncle on the other hand wouldn’t leave the restaurant without Cassandra taking the receipt with Joes name on it although she declined multiple times. He told her to look him up on Facebook. She eventually took the receipt with the intention of throwing it away but to her own surprise she didn’t. She kept the receipt. After her shift she went out with her friend Steven and she took the receipt out of her server book looked Joe up on Facebook and they did a little creeping. She didn’t add him though she just left it at the that. The next day she had a friend request from Joe and she accepted the request. Their 1st date was on Christmas and Cassandra not only got to fall in love with Joe but also his son Jaxson. And together they bought a house, had two beautiful children, Logan and Luella, and now get to finally make their family whole with marriage.
