As much as we love a big party, this will be an intimate celebration, and we will only be able to accommodate those explicitly listed on your invitation.

The wedding will take place in Taormina, Italy on Tuesday, September 17th. We will be hosting a welcome party on Sunday, September 15th in the same town for all invited guests, so please keep that in mind for your travel itinerary. We recommend flying into Catania and completing the journey by Uber/taxi or by train as there is not an airport in Taormina.

We kindly ask everyone invited to RSVP by Sunday, June 30th. It is imperative that we receive a formal response by this date to satisfy their international vendors’ timelines.

If you rented a car, there will be plenty of parking for our guests at Villa Mon Repos but we do encourage you to utilize the transportation we have arranged if possible.

If you choose to not rent a car for transportation, arrival by taxi is suggested. Most hotels in the area will be no more than a 5-10 minute drive. While you may have booked an accommodation that is very close to the venue, it is not advised to walk to the venue, as the road leading to it have little to no room for foot traffic.

BEACH WELCOME PARTY:

Casual beachwear & swimsuits - We understand it’s Europe, but we kindly ask that all swimwear be modest & family appropriate.

WEDDING CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION:

Black Tie - Black tuxedos and long evening gowns required. Ladies may wear colorful gowns to match the Italian scenery, however white is not permitted.

The bar at our beach club party will be open bar for two hours during the event as well as beer and wine available. Please plan accordingly if you would like to continue to drink throughout the day.

The bar at the wedding will be an open bar, so there is no need for cash unless you want to tip the bartenders (not at all required and not a custom in Italy).

We do not believe that either event will check ideas as all guests are 18+ and over the legal drinking age in Italy. We recommend everyone to bring a valid ID just in case but should not be required.

YES! We are so thankful that you have chosen to take time off from your daily lives and work to celebrate with us. With that being said, we will be hosting a beach day on Sunday, September 15th for all invited guests to attend. For more details, please check out the Events Schedule page.

We encourage our guests to utilize Monday, September 16th to explore Taormina and surrounding Sicilian cities. Please see our Things To Do page for recommendations.

While we love your little ones, their wedding ceremony and reception are going to be adult-only. We kindly ask that you make arrangements in advance to celebrate with us, carefree!
