Although gifts are a wonderful tradition during weddings, the greatest gift to us will be being surrounded by our friends and family. If you are considering a gift and are wondering what might be most helpful to us, we are saving up for future home renovations. Your contribution, whatever it may be, would play a meaningful role in this dream. Please know that your love and support is what means most to us and we are incredibly thankful to have you in our lives.

We are leaving hotel preferences up to each individual. There are a lot of great hotels in Moose Jaw. The wedding is May long so make sure you book well into advance.

During the ceremony, we ask that ALL PHONES are turned off and put away. We are spending a lot of money to have professional pictures done and do not want people on cell phones in the pictures. However, afterwards you are more than welcome to take pictures! We will have signs throughout the reception where you can add some pictures for us to see. We do ask that until you see our photos posted that you do not post anything.

Although we love the fur babies, we are asking that ALL animals stay home. We do not have the space for them, nor are they allowed at the venue.

If you have a food allergy and you cannot add it to your RSVP, please text Cassidi and it will be made sure that your allergy is taken into consideration!

After the ceremony, the bride, groom, wedding party and the couple’s families will be going for pictures. We ask that everyone clears the building for an hour after the ceremony so that we have time to get set up for the reception/dance. You are more than welcome back into the building by 4:00 to enjoy the bar and visit.

Mid night lunch will be served by Top Dog food truck! Please ensure you have cash to pay the driver! He will be parked outside the venue and you will have to pay for what you want from him. He will have hotdogs, smokies and cheese burgers available.

Absolutely! We will have a kid friendly space, lots of room on the dance floor and some activities to keep the little ones close to our hearts busy!

To ensure that you have time to find a spot for you and your family and to avoid being late when the ceremony starts, we ask that you arrive by 1:30 for the ceremony.
