We understand that this might be a destination wedding for some of you and we want to express that we understand if you are unable to join us. If coming from outside of Northern California, please arrange travel arrangements prior to sending your RSVP. This can be a busy time in Napa, so it's best to book as soon as possible.
Q + A
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
There is parking at Tre Posti, cars may be left overnight, but need to be picked up by 10am Sunday.
There is uber/lyft in the area. It may be difficult to get a ride late at night, so we recommend scheduling a ride with the app ahead of time to get back.
There are also multiple car services in Napa to schedule rides if needed. See Napa Red Cab, Safe Ride Napa, A Drive for Wine Co.
There will be a shuttle going to the hotels in St. Helena (Southbridge, Vineyard Country Inn, El Bonita, Harvest Inn) beginning at 9pm running throughout the night.
What is Formal attire?
For women, this can be a floor length gown or a fancy midi cocktail dress. For men, a suit and tie.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Everything will be outdoors until 10pm and then indoors until 12. We will have heaters if needed, but we suggest bringing a jacket dependent on the weather.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children/babies at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding. Some recommended options in the area include: Napa Valley Nanny, My Vacation Nanny, and Nannies of the Valley.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
There will be an option when you RSVP for dietary restrictions or allergies. You can also contact Cassidy directly to confirm.
How do I know if I have a plus one?
The invitations will be addressed accordingly. When you RSVP online you and your guest’s name will both show up.
