Cassidy and Thomas met at both of their first jobs - rolling up ice cream at Sweet Rolls. Funny enough, Cassidy really didn't like Thomas at first - he always goofed off at work and never took anything seriously. She eventually started to warm up to him but he made her nervous so instead of saying something stupid to him, she just didn't talk to him! He would actually come into work early sometimes just to spend time with her before the store opened and she would not give him the time of day. Fast forward to Valentine's Day 2019, both Cassidy and Thomas were working. Cassidy had talked about a heart shaped pizza from Papa John's or Domino's and Thomas was going to buy her one (Let's be honest, he just wanted some pizza). The website kept crashing and Thomas couldn't place the order and promised Cassidy he would make it up to her. They went on their first date a few days later to Our Mom's in Hammond. After some time, Cassidy and Thomas officially started dating and have been inseparable since!

Thomas proposed to Cassidy the morning of her nursing school graduation. Cassidy was shocked and extremely excited. It made for such a special day-celebrating 2 big events!
