Shuman Point Hiking Trail

Easy hiking trail that brings you to Lake Wallenpaupack and then loops back to the parking lot. Wear good shoes, the rocks can be slippery.
Lake Wallenpaupack
Lake Wallenpaupack is the second largest lake in PA and is a great place to fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, boating, etc. The Lacawac Sanctuary has access to the lake or you can visit the Palmyra Township Public Beach.
Epply Island
The island is located in Lake Wallenpaupack and is accessible only via canoe/kayak. It’s a good location for a picnic and also has locations to boulder along the South and West faces of the island.
