To all our guests joining us for both the wedding ceremony in church and the reception afterword, you'll have a little bit of time to kill. Luckily, all of the day's events are happening in a great city with so much to offer. We met downtown and think this is the perfect opportunity for our guests to experience the city that is so special to us! We've put together a list of some of our favorite spots in Detroit.
Snacks
We don't want you to fill up too much before dinner, but if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, we know a few good places. Split some appetizers, have a coney dog, or grab a slice of Detroit-style pizza. These are just a few of our favorites!

The architecture on the main floor is super cool, and there's a few little shops to browse.
Belle Isle Park
Belle Isle is extra special to us – Grant proposed by the fountain! Because Belle Isle is a state park, there's a small fee to get onto the island.
