Cassidy and Dante met their Junior year at The Ohio State University through mutual friends! Their memories differ on the day they first met, but it was safe to say, Dante had a crush. Their friendship grew, and Cassidy invited Dante to her Sorority Semi Formal their Senior year "as a friend". That night, they shared their first kiss and Dante twirled Cassidy all night on the dance floor!

Over the next few years, they shared many snapchats, laughs, and late night street meet. All of their friends thought they were meant to be, but Cassidy was a bit too stubborn to see it for herself. Finally, in 2019, the two took a 9 hour long car ride together to Upstate New York to spend the 4th of July with friends. During this car ride they never stopped talking, laughing, and singing to their favorite alternative bands. They began to fall in love.

However, Cassidy did not give in that easily. It took until New Year's Eve 2019 for Dante to score a kiss when the ball dropped marking the start of 2020. The two have not been apart since. They began their relationship at a very strange time for the world. They dated normally for 2 months, and then everything was put on pause. Cassidy spent everyday with Dante and his roommates, Anthony and Patrick, playing euchre, watching Netflix, and rationing paper towels. Although, this time was not conventional, it was extremely special to Cassidy and Dante. They got to know each other so quickly, and grew more and more in love.

Cassidy and Dante spent the next two years making up for lost time spending time with family and friends. The first time Cassidy visited Warren, Ohio, and saw the house and town Dante grew up in, she felt at home. She also felt 10 pounds heavier from all of the delicious Italian food made by Dante's Mother. Dante's family welcomed her with open arms, and she could not be more grateful.

Dante felt just as at home when he met the Clays. He admired the close relationship Cassidy has with Tadd, Lee and Connor. He instantly felt like he was a part of the family. It was at Top Golf when he met Cassidy's parents, and after watching her dad's swing, he quickly realized he would need to recruit a swing coach and devote his life to golf.

Cassidy and Dante moved into a home together in Columbus, Ohio, in the Spring of 2022. They love to host and make their signature cocktails for friends and family! The pair adopted their puppy, Montee, in the Fall of 2022 making their little family whole. Dante proposed to Cassidy on September 8th, 2023. It truly was one of the most special days of their lives. He surprised her with an Engagement Party filled with family and friends. He even created a specialty "Cass" cocktail menu. He is the most thoughtful man.

Cassidy and Dante cannot wait to celebrate their special day with each of you! No matter where life takes them, as long as they have each other, they will always be home.
