A close suburb of Atlanta, Roswell is a popular destination for visitors to shop, dine, and explore. The city is frequently recognized by the state for its outstanding amenities and quality facilities. Canton Street

Canton Street is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Roswell. Sidewalk cafes, restaurants, breweries, and boutiques line this charming street. It has been named as a Georgia Great Street. If you’re here a bit early, Canton Street hosts the Alive in Roswell street party on the third Thursday of each month.
Fellows Cafe

Roswell Mill/Vickery Creek Waterfall

This five-mile adventure explores the historic Roswell Mill and the surrounding rolling forest in Roswell, Georgia. It’s one of the best hikes in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area parks near Atlanta. This hike explores the historic remains of Roswell Mill and visits the mill’s spillway dam waterfall on a Chattahoochee River tributary. The 5+ mile trail network hikes through beautiful, rolling forest and catches views of the rushing dam waterfall from a steep rock bluff.

Chattahoochee Nature Center

The CNC is a 127-acre property that boasts 2.5 miles of hiking trails, including the River Boardwalk Trail, which is perfect for beginners and families with strollers. The gardens have grown to cover 3 acres with over 600 native plants from Georgia. The CNC is also home to more than 75 injured, non-releasable reptiles, mammals, amphibians, birds, and fish. The Eco Zipline Canopy Tour is designed for ages 8+ and will take you up to 55 feet in the air to see the aerial ecosystem! The Aerial Adventure Course is designed for ages 6+ and includes suspension bridges, ropes, ziplines, and more.

The Fringe at Area 51

The Fringe at Area 51 lays just outside the entryway to Aurora Cineplex. Home to two 18-hole, family-friendly miniature golf courses, The Fringe is an enjoyable place to putt up your best shot.

A quick 10 minute drive from the hotels, Avalon is a mixed-use development that offers shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some of our favorite shops include Anthropologie, Makers Market, Nike, and Posman Books. Rumi’s Kitchen and Superica are popular spots to enjoy a meal.
