Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors but reception will take place indoors. In the case of rain, everything will take place indoors.

Once you receive your invitation, you can RSVP on this site. 1. Go to the RSVP section 2. Type in your first and last name to pull up your invitation 3. Click accept or decline 4. If you have a +1 please type in your guests name where it says Guest then accept or decline for them. 5. It will bring up a second box after you accept or decline. You will just type out the names of the guests attending to make sure everything is spelt right! Please note, only those listed on our invitations are invited. If you have a +1 it will say on your invitation.

You have to call the hotel the day of to see if your room is ready prior to 3pm. If it’s not ready then you can leave your bags in the hotel at the front desk or in your car until after the wedding. Our ceremony is at 3pm so please arrive at David’s by 230 if not going to hotel. The shuttle will be at the hotel by 130-145pm and leave by 2pm to arrive at David’s by 230. If you can’t check in early please arrive at the hotel fully dressed and ready to go to take the shuttle by 2pm!
