The hotel rooms will become available one year in advance (ie. July 20th, 2023).

As much as we love everyones kiddos, we have decided to have a child free wedding.

Please wear whatever you are comfortable in! Our only requirement is no white dresses.

With the ceremony beginning at 3:00pm, we would encourage you to aim for a 2:30pm arrival time to accommodate parking and getting settled.

The shuttle picks up 14 guests at a time outside of the Bear Lodge starting at 2:00pm for the 3:00pm ceremony. Evening shuttle runs from Raven Lodge to Bear Lodge will run 9pm-12:30am or until all guests have returned safely.

We will have a buffet style dinner with Green Salad (Cultivated greens, apple, fennel and mixed seeds with a cider vinaigrette), Classic Caesar salad (Romaine, shaved parmesan and croutons with a Creamy Garlic Dressing), Roast Beef (Slow cooked Roast Beef with a Carving Station and attendant, Red wine shallot gravy), Roasted Vegetables (Vegetables of the season), Mashed Potatoes (Creamy mashed potatoes with chives and goat cheese), and last but not least a large assorted dessert bars and squares (because Cass accidentally ordered extra dessert from Hot Chocolates in Courtenay- so save some room!!)

We currently have everything we need and do not need any physical gifts. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be surrounded by people we love, which is a gift all in its own. If you wish to give us a gift, we would be deeply grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon. We will have a card box available at the Raven Lodge.

Each table will have some complimentary bottles of red and white wine. If this doesn't suit your fancy, there will also be complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and a cash bar for alcoholic beverages.
