Cassidy and Kevin met in 2016 while both attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Cassidy was a sophomore while Kevin was a freshman. Their first interaction was when Cassidy was playing Intramural basketball while Kevin was refereeing the game. Cassidy impressed Kevin with her basketball skills (throwing the ball over the backboard and sitting on the bench) and he immediately knew that she was his future bride. It wasn't until that summer when Kevin would make the first move and reach out to Cassidy (he claims he was 'bored' at a golf tournament). The boredom turned into several weeks of great conversations and the two became a couple by the end of that summer. The rest of their college years were filled with really high highs, incredible memories, merging their friend groups, and meeting each others families. After graduating from IUP, Cassidy and Kevin both moved back home for a couple years. In 2021, the two finally moved into an apartment together in Indiana, PA. In July of 2022, Kevin made Cassidy the happiest girl in the world and asked her to marry him. These two have grown up together, graduated college, became adults, and now are ready to start the next chapter of their lives together, forever.
