Where is the wedding taking place?

o 195 Vineyard Dr, Elizabethtown, NC 28337

o Location is roughly 45 minutes from Wilmington, NC


What time should I arrive?

o We ask that you please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure the ceremony can start on time without any interruptions.


How do I RSVP?

o Please follow the instructions on the wedding invitation. If you have any questions pertaining to how to RVSP please reach out to Robert and Cassidy.


What happens if I don’t arrive on time to the ceremony?

o If you arrive late to the ceremony we ask that you please be courteous and either wait until the ceremony is over or be seated in the back once the wedding party and bride have made it down the aisle.


When should I RSVP by?

o We ask that you please RVSP by February 10th, 2024; this will allow for adequate time for the couple to provide a final count to the venue.


Is there a dress code?

o Cocktail/Semi-Formal


Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

o The ceremony will be outdoors followed by a reception that is primarily indoors but has the option to move outside during the cocktail hour.


What can I expect from the ceremony?

o The ceremony will be led by Mark Bartholet and will include readings from wedding guests and the exchanging of vows.


Are children allowed to attend the ceremony?

o Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children at the ceremony other than those involved in the wedding party – thank you for your understanding

Places to stay near the wedding venue:

o There are cottages on site already reserved for the wedding party and guests. The wedding party and couples immediate family will have first come first serve for securing these cottages, once the wedding party and immediate family have determined their cottage needs spots will then open to all other guests.

o The Grand Regal located at White Lake, roughly a 5-10 minute drive from the ceremony will also be available. More details to come.


Parking info

o There is parking available at the wedding venue but we ask that you please carpool to the venue to avoid parking issues and please utilize transportation via uber/lyft if you will be consuming any alcoholic beverages or in the event you are to tired to transport yourself safely back to where you are staying.


Transportation options to venue:

o There are various transportation options available to transport you and your party to the wedding venue including UBER, LYFT, etc. Please plan this ahead of time as availability may change closer to the date.


Closest airport

o The closest “major” airport to the wedding venue is Wilmington International Airport.


Things to do in the surrounding area (Wilmington):

o Enjoy the very quaint downtown area of Wilmington NC- multiple breweries and restaurants to visit; located on the cape fear river with beautiful streets to walk down and local shops to visit.

o Multiple beaches within a close distant of Wilmington:

Wrightsville Beach (closest)- beautiful beach located in Wilmington, NC with beautiful homes lining the shore and delicious restaurants with a water view; must pay for parking (street parking available throughout in addition to designated parking lots- pay by the hour or day pass)

Carolina Beach: ~20 minutes south of Wilmington, beautiful beach with the option to drive onto and park on the beach; restaurants located within the neighboring area.

Topsail: roughly 45 minutes from Wilmington, usually a bit less crowded in comparison to Wrightsville, mostly residential but restaurants and shops close by.

Oak Island: ~40 minutes from Wilmington, beautiful beach with local restaurants and shops nearby; Southport is a wonderful, fun, quaint town surrounding Oak Island with lots to eat, drink, and see!
