We recommend driving up to Pike's Peak in McGregor to check out beautiful views of the Mississippi. Effigy Mounds in Marquette is also a great spot for beautiful views and a hike. Both locations preserve prehistoric mounds built by Native Americans.

Pete's hamburger stand is also a famous spot in Prairie du Chien for a must try burger! Cassidy's favorite coffee shop is located nearby Pete's as well, Simply Cafe. They have great coffee and salads/sandwiches.

Located in town is a Walmart, Cabela's, and Maurices. Highly recommend checking out The Cannery which has floors of home decor and ice cream & fudge.
