Cocktail hour will begin at 3:00 and the ceremony will be promptly at 4:00. We recommend coming around 3:30 to enjoy a drink & find a seat for our ceremony!

First of all, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! Our beautiful venue allows us to camp on site, you may bring and set up tents and campers Thursday after 5 pm until Saturday at 1 pm. There are also a few motels in the area, listed on the travel page.

Unfortunately we have a limited space within our venue, so we can not allow extra guests. If you have a guest reserved for you they will be listed on your invite please note this when you RSVP. This includes children. Thank you for understanding.

Semi formal attire is recommended, our ceremony will take place outside and move to an inside dance floor and dining area. Dress comfortable for these events! Feel free to any color you would like, but refrain from white. White is limited to men’s dress shirts.

You can RSVP by contacting us directly, or using our RSVP tab on this site. Earlier is best, but July 13th is the cutoff. Please RSVP by then so we can give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding. Unfortunately we cannot not allow extra guests if you have a guest, they will be listed on your invite.

Yes! We will have a open bar with a selection of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages! Tips for the bartenders are appreciated!

We will be serving a charcuterie appetizer during our cocktail hour. For dinner we will be serving dry rubbed ribs, pulled pork with buns, Mac n cheese, green beans with bacon, and coleslaw. Along with many desserts!

During our ceremony we will have photographers capturing our special day, we ask you refrain from using your phone during our ceremony. Afterwards we would love to see photos and capture the day from your perspective!

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun & safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot, please do!

You will be missed! If you cannot make it please RSVP no so we can plan accordingly with our vendors! Please do this before July 13th.
