We have not booked a hotel block, but we did look up hotels in the area near the venue. If you are looking for a place to stay, here are a few hotels that seemed most promising.

Located in Dover and with New Jersey Performing Arts Center reachable within 27 miles, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dover Rockaway has express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. The property is around 27 miles from Prudential Center, 16 miles from Morristown National Historic Park and 24 miles from Wellmont Theatre. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. Certain rooms contain a kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven. Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, continental and American options. The hotel has a grill. A business center and vending machines with snacks and drinks are available on site at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dover Rockaway. Speaking English and Spanish, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical advice on the area at the reception. Paper Mill Playhouse is 24 miles from the accommodation.

The Sterling Hill Mining Museum offers public tours to individuals and families according to our operating schedule. Public tours last roughly two hours during which guests will be guided through our <a href="https://www.sterlinghillminingmuseum.org/zobel-hall-museum" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Zobel Hall Museum</a>, the <a href="https://www.sterlinghillminingmuseum.org/inside-the-mine" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">mine</a>, and our <a href="https://www.sterlinghillminingmuseum.org/warren-museum-of-fluorescence" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Warren Museum</a> of Fluorescence. Approximately half an hour is dedicated to our Zobel Hall Museum, about an hour to the mine, and half an hour to the Warren Museum. In order to go into either of the museums or the mine, one MUST be a part of a tour: there are no unguided tours. There are many farms in the area, including The NJ Farm (Sussex, NJ), Heaven Hill Farm (Vernon, NJ), and Pochuck Valley Farm (Glenwood, NJ). While it is not super close to the venue, Alstede Farms (Chester NJ) is having their annual Peach Festival on the weekend of our wedding.

It features a boardwalk district, a historic stone pergola, a playground, and is a hub for community events, dining, and views of the 2,500-acre lake
