You should arrive no later then 3:30pm, as the ceremony begins at 4pm we would like everyone to be seated prior to it starting.

We will be blocking some hotel rooms for out of town guests. We will be providing a discount link for a few other hotels. See Travel page for more details. Everyone has the option to choose there own accommodations. Utilize Hotels.com, Expedia, Priceline as well as Airbnb for housing options. Also Bed and Breakfast accomodations are also an option

Yes there will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony in the cocktail lounge until the ballroom is opened to the guests.

Limited selection of beer and wine will be provided along with bottled water and sweet tea.

Yes when you pull into the venue there is a big parking lot directly to your right.

As this is a destination wedding for everyone, guests should plan on utilizing their own vehicles for those who are driving to savannah. All other guests should utilize Lyft and Uber or car pool with other guests to get to the venue and back to their accommodations.
