We first met in middle school when Luke asked me out in grade seven. I said no! We had many classes together over the years and it wasn’t until grade 11 that Luke got the guts to ask me out again. This time I said yes! We started dating April 11, 2012. We enjoy traveling and over the years have been to Mexico, Australia, Hawaii and Jamaica. In October 2016, Case, our Bernese Mountain Dog, became part of our family.

During our trip to Australia in 2017, Luke proposed to me! On February 15, 2017, on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge during the bridge climb, he popped the question. We were wearing the most ridiculous outfits! As this was such a memorable experience, we decided that we needed to buy the Sydney Opera House in LEGO. We packed that LEGO set all over with us- it even had a beach day! We even had to purchase an additional suitcase to bring it home with us. Three years later and we are happy to report that it is completed!

We bought our first home in May of 2017.

I get to marry my best friend after 5.5 years of being engaged.
