We will provide a shuttle to transport guests staying at The Sheraton Chapel Hill hotel to and from the wedding venue on June 7th. The shuttle will arrive at the Sheraton hotel at 3:00 PM to take guests to the wedding venue, and will depart for The Bradford at 3:15 PM. The shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the night at 10:45 PM. If you'd rather, you can also choose to Uber or Lyft but may opt to plan in advance for this option as access might be limited day-of. If you don't plan to drink and will have access to a vehicle, the venue also has free parking on-site that will be available to guests. Please note that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight, so plan accordingly if you choose to drive!

The dress code for the event will be semi-formal attire.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. If you choose to arrange your own transportation, we suggest arriving around 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to have time to get settled in your seats. Further details for the prearranged shuttle bus will be communicated closer to the event date.

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outside at our wedding venue. There will also be an indoor, air-conditioned space for guests to gather at any point during the night should they choose.

The ceremony will take place from 4:30-5:00 PM followed directly by cocktail hour and passed Hors d'Oeuvres on the lawn from 5:00-6:00 PM. Dinner will be served around 6:15 PM with speeches, dancing, and dessert to follow. The event will end at 10:30 PM with a newlywed send-off. At 10:45 PM, shuttle transportation will be provided back to the Sheraton Hotel for those guests who RSVP'd to use it.
