Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm ET, so please plan to arrive at 3:30 pm. Guests arriving any later than 3:50 pm will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the ceremony.

There will be a shuttle to the venue from the hotel before the ceremony. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:10 PM. There will also be a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the reception. The shuttle back to the hotel will leave David's at 9:30 PM.

Our ceremony will be outdoors onsite at David's. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail / Formal attire. Respectfully, we ask that guests refrain from wearing pink and white. As the ceremony will be outdoors, please keep the weather in mind. The outdoor ceremony space is brick and artificial grass.

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults-only evening. Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time and understanding our request.

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. Please refer to your formal invitation upon receipt. Those invited will be named, and any plus ones will be included as “guest”.

We’ve hired a photographer and we’d love to have photos with no phones or devices in them. Please put away your cameras and phones and enjoy our unplugged wedding ceremony!

Yes! We will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Upon receipt of your invitation, please denote any dietary restrictions or allergies and we will communicate your needs to the venue.

David's has on-site parking with a parking attendant available. Additionally, there are several public parking lots within walking distance.

Yes! There will be an informal afterparty held at the hotel immediately-ish following the reception. There will be a shuttle available to take guests directly from David's to the hotel.

Ubers are few and far between in this neck of the woods. If you know you'll need a ride, schedule one in advance!
