Our Wedding

Scarritt Bennett Center, where the ceremony and reception are both being held, has a number of wonderful lodging options! They are located in a very central location to downtown Nashville and are one of the more affordable options in this area. According to their website, guests can "stay in one of our three historic residence halls. Our rooms are "suite-style". Suites include two sleeping rooms, most with twin-sized beds, adjoined by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each suite is equipped with one TV with streaming capabilities, a mini-fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a dual drip coffee maker/Keurig." SpringHill Suites are located very conveniently within walking distance of downtown Nashville and the venue, Scarritt Bennett Center! Suites include a small kitchenette and living area, your stay includes a complimentary buffet breakfast and access to the lobby bar. These rooms are limited and will be held on a first-come first served basis until 5:00 PM CST Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, so we recommend that you book them early to secure your spot. Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 PM on departure day. Room rates will be subject to additional state taxes and hotel fees. Self-parking overnight is an additional $35.00 for guests, and valet is not available.

Hilton Garden Inn includes ammenities such as a pool, fitness center, and onsite restaurant! The hotel is located conveniently within the walkable Midtown neighborhood near Scarritt Bennett Center. These rooms are limited and will be held on a first-come first-served basis until September 15th, 2026, and are subject to a cancellation fee less than 48 hours out from the reservation date. Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day. Room rates will be subject to additional state taxes and hotel fees. Valet is available for $50.00 overnight, and self-park is offered at a discounted rate of $35.00 for each vehicle nightly.

We welcome all expressions of style! Please dress in a way that feels right for you while honoring the overall formality of an afternoon wedding event.

Our semi-formal dress code includes dressy daytime attire -- think suits, dress pants with jackets, knee-length or midi dresses/skirts, polished separates, and elevated jumpsuits. Feel free to express your style within this vibe! Suggested (and encouraged!) colors include black, dark jewel tones, or fall pallets with patterns, and the wedding party will be in burgundy and navy.
