Buses will arrive to pick up from the Best Western and Homewood Suites at 3:45 pm and bring guests to Shadow Creek to arrive around 4:30 pm. Buses will then return to Shadow Creek at 10:45 pm to pick up guests and take them back to the Best Western and Homewood Suites. If you wish to leave the reception prior to 10:45 pm, you will need to arrange for other transportation. Please note that the venue is remote and getting an uber from the reception will likely not be an option. If you decide to drive, there is a large parking lot out front.

Both hotels with room blocks are located a 5-minute drive from downtown Leesburg, which has a variety of local shops and restaurants. There are convenient parking garages in downtown Leesburg and Ubers/Lyft are also available.

Absolutely! With our amazing three nephews and niece who are going to shake up the dance floor, how could it not be! If your child is not included on your RVSP and you plan on bringing them along, please let us know! The only event of the weekend that is 21+ will be the welcome party.
