When do I need to RSVP by?
Once you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP no later than April 1st! Earlier is always appreciated. You can RSVP by clicking the tab in the menu above once the formal invitations are sent.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late.
Are kids invited?
We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the formal invitation. If have any questions or concerns about your little ones, feel free to reach out! We appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring a plus one?
We can only accommodate those guests noted on your formal invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your formal invitation and RSVP. Please contact us for any clarification or concerns.
Is there a dress code?
Our dress code will be wedding casual. We don't need suits and ties or fancy dresses but would love to see everyone "dressed up" (whatever that means to you). We want everyone to be comfortable and feeling their best to celebrate with us.
What colors should I avoid wearing?
We ask guests to avoid white, ivory, or cream color dresses. The bridesmaids will be wearing shades of sage green dresses.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! The venue will have a marquee sign at the beginning of the driveway to display our names. There is a large, gravel parking lot for all
guests. Parking attendants will help to guide guests to a parking area and help to answer any questions
they have as they enter the farm.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Absolutely! A golf cart is available for anyone who needs assistance walking to and
from the ceremony and to the reception area. The farm is completely handicap accessible. Please reach out with any concerns about this.
Is the wedding outdoors?
As long as there is no inclement weather, our ceremony and happy hour will be held outside. Our reception and food area will be inside. We hope it is a beautiful warm spring day, but please keep an eye on the weather and prepare for any chilly temperatures.
What will happen if it is raining on wedding day?
Although we hope for clear skies, if it rains, the wedding will go on as planned. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved inside but still at the same venue.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time (3:00 pm). This will give you ample time to find a seat and greet anyone you know.
What happens after the cermony?
The ceremony site is only a stone's throw (or a very quick golf-cart ride away) from our reception and cocktail hour venue. While the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue, guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers. We hope guests take advantage of the beautiful outside area while we wait for the reception to begin.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be a variety of alcohol available for anyone 21 years and older who wish to drink. There will also be soft drinks, lemonade, and iced tea for those who cannot or do not wish to drink. The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you, so please drink responsibly.
Is there transportation?
Unfortunately not. Please decide on your travel plans beforehand.
